Serene and Peaceful Cottage in the Best Neighborhood of Laguna Beach

We cannot say enough good things about the little cottage on Agate Street. For the last 6 months, my fianc and I have cherished our little "slice of heaven." The cottage is small but mighty. All of the appliances are top of the line and new. Almost every window has greenery right outside so that you feel you are in a backyard oasis at all times. It is extremely peaceful, safe, quiet, and truly like vacation. We wake up to the birds signing most mornings, and feeling the breeze from the ocean. E our landlord is wonderful; she is very gracious and kind, and despite being being the main house, you will always have privacy. There is also a huge storage unit she provides. Additionally, she is very quick to respond and fix anything that needs attention (which has only happened once.) All in all, the cottage is beautifully done, and being 3 blocks from the beach with E as your landlord is a no brainer!
