Great place to stay!

It was great staying in this property for the few months I was in CA. The guest house is well-suited for a solo traveler who needs a safe place to land in the Anaheim area. Gina was super friendly and accommodating, and the space has everything you need to feel at home. The loft space for the bed provides good separation, and the walk-in closet with a washer/dryer is super convenient for staying organized.

Great Rental Space, Landlord, and Location

This space is roomy enough to live comfortably, is fully furnished and is well-appointed with everything you need! The main living room / kitchen area is bright and inviting -- and the upstairs loft bedroom is comfy and cozy, but still offers a view to the first floor, so still offers an open, airy feeling. The walk-in closet with a stackable washer/dryer makes this space perfect for a short-term or long-term stay. The private,gated patio area is an added bonus! This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that's conveniently located close to Beach Blvd and the 22 Freeway, and is close enough to the 405, 5, 91, and 57 Freeways to make any Orange County commute a breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed renting from Gina, the landlord! After renting for 18 months, I only moved away because a job change which took me to NorCal.

Home away from home

This is the perfect property for a single person needing a cozy place to stay. Located in a very safe neighborhood. There are so many beaches close by and its perfect for those who love Disney. G was an amazing Landlord making me feel very welcomed and at home while also giving me all the privacy one would need. I hope to come back soon.

Quiet, Clean and With Everything You Need.

The entrance to this little find is hidden behind a gate, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 60 second drive to everything you could need - Walmart, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and gas stations. Drive 3 to 5 minutes more and youll find your major thoroughfares. Drive less than 10 additional minutes and you could be having dinner at Mickeys house or visiting Knotts Berry Farm. The apartment itself is the perfect size for one person. Although small, it has a great layout with everything you need-including a full-sized washer and dryer INSIDE the unit and great water pressure thats always hot when you need it. Everyone who came to visit me commented on how much they loved this apartment. Lastly, if you are lucky enough, youll get to know the the apartment owner, G. She always gave me privacy but answered her phone when I needed her. Over time, I got to spend more time with her and now 3 years later, I have a friend to visit when Im back visiting the OC.
