Wonderful landlords; Great place

As the title says, absolutely wonderful landlords and a great place to stay. The apartment is cosy and well put together. The king size bed is perfect. It's overall just a really great place to stay. They went above and beyond with us and we hated to leave.

Home Away from Home

I can't say enough about this property and Jim and Kathi! The apartment itself is so cute and functional, but also offers a spacious and cozy floor-plan, and has all the amenities one could want, not to mention amazing views! Additionally, Jim and Kathi are absolute gems! They were so kind and welcoming, were always quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From spreading salt and blowing snow to dropping by with a delicious homemade treat or extending an invitation to have a cup of coffee, they took such great care of me and truly became like family. I am so grateful for my time in Fairbanks, but I think the thing that made it truly special was getting to meet Jim and Kathi. I would rent again from them in a heartbeat and am hopeful to return someday.

Best hosts ever

This was the first time that I have used this service. I was very nervous moving to a new town where I knew nobody. K and J immediately made me feel welcome and secure in their home. While the apartment is part of their home it is very private and completely separate. I didn't need to run out right away when I moved up there to get any of the essentials, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. everything was provided. It is hard to move anywhere site unseen, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my housing arrangement. It was bittersweet moving into a bigger house with my family.
