Great Space
Above and beyond landlord! The apartment was well furnished with everything that you need; simply bring your clothes, laptop, and food and you will be ready to go! New appliances, comfortable beds, and a well furnished living space. Just a few minute walk to the 6 train, grocery store, restaurants, and anything else you would need. Theres a nice outdoor space with grill for the warmer months as well located behind the home. Central a/c and heat make all seasons comfortable along with quick reliable wifi. The landlord was very friendly, always made himself available if any issues arose (though we didnt encounter any), was reasonable, and quick to respond to any messages. Overall pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and upscale rental in the area.

Amazing Property!
This is a great property that is located ideally in Pelham Bay! Only minutes away from the subway station and within walking distance to the grocery store, local restaurants, and more. The property owner is professional, accessible, and provides an excellent renting experience. If I was staying in NYC longer I would not rent from anyone else.
