Although we are on the Lake Junaluska Conference grounds, our house is on the south side of the lake, away from the crowds, in what we consider the quietest and nicest neighborhood at the lake. A half mile (fairly flat) walk puts you on Lakeshore Drive and the Rose Walk Trail which encircles the lake.

Quiet, Relaxing, Peacefulness
I stayed in the top floor of this property for two months. It was amazingly peaceful! I work remotely 100% and setup a desk in the house. The internet was plenty fast for video calls and the like. Sitting on the back deck every morning with coffee, listening to the wildlife and breathing the mountain air, not a better way to start a day! Highly recommend this place. If I come back to the area, I will definitely get in touch with the owners and see if this place is available again!
