Great detached house in a great neighborhood.
My house is conveniently located in the central area of my living city. We have great accessibility to public transportation and other public facilities such as parks and green spaces. We can deal with our daily shopping easily because different kinds of stores including groceries, supermarkets, and great restarants are located within our walking distance.

Blenman Elm neighborhood. Very quiet and close to all ameneties. Great restaurants nearby, Miss Saigon, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pizza Hut, Culinary Drop Out, Trident Grill, and for ice cream lovers we have Cold stone Creamery.

A great stay
I had a wonderful time renting a room in this shared house, Simba was an amazing host who made sure ypu feel welcomed and comfortable, the other guests were amazing and professionals and the house was quiet and peaceful at all times. and with it being 5 minutes away on foot from the university and hospital its a perfect choice for any health care workers visiting the area.

I'll miss this rental
I stayed at this property from November through June while working at the University Medical Center. It was a peaceful, quiet, and pleasant experience with a great host and fellow guests. This has been one of my favorite rental experiences as a travel nurse and I will miss it.

Great stay
I stayed at Simbas place during my time at the University of Arizona Medical Center, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The place is quiet, safe, and clean, with everything you could possibly need already there. Simba is a great hostfriendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He made sure I was comfortable, showed me how everything works, and really made the place feel like home. His chill attitude and kindness made a big difference during a busy time . Highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at this shared apartment in Tucson. Conveniently located near the University of Arizona and Banner Health, the room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Simba, the host, was professional, friendly, and very approachable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experienceId definitely recommend it.

Quiet house in prime UA location
This is a very peaceful and quiet ranch house within 5 minutes of the UA and there are many restaurants right around the corner. The cross streets are Campbell and Speedway. Simba, the host, is very professional and will respect your privacy, a high priority in my book. I enjoyed the serenity of the house and it is affordable in an ever- rising market.

Excellent stay
S was a great host. I had a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this house if you're planning to stay anywhere near Banner University Medical Center or the University of Arizona Campus. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
