Great Stay

Had the pleasure of staying in this conveniently located property. Close to all the Long Beach down town destinations and surrounding areas. Just like the pictures clean and cozy and quiet area. Very walkable area and close to the 710 made it easy for my daily work commute. Would most definitely recommend and stay again.

I had the pleasure of renting this property for 12 months. The tenants are really nice and helpful if something needs to be fixed or you have a small issue. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it has a nice cozy vibe. Its located in in a good area of Long Beach with cafes and restaurants nearby. If I didnt move from California I would definitely have stayed longer in this apartment.

Nice Place - Excellent Location

I lived in this apartment for about three months and had a great experience. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is excellentjust a short distance from downtown Long Beach, which made it super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The neighbors were friendly, and the management was responsive and easy to deal with. Even though my stay was short, I was happy living there and would definitely recommend it to others.
