Little Cozy House #2 w/ deck & backyard

Very comfortable home , friendly neighborhood and close to everything. Landlord is very friendly and is available for any needs at the drop of a hat .

Quiet street friendly neighbors very short drive to the hospital, lots of dog friendly eateries and breweries close by. Landlord is friendly and eager to help but lets you have your space in the property. Was perfect space for my travel partner and I. Had basic kitchen items but if you are going to do much cooking may need to bring a few pots and baking sheets. Overall we had a great stay here.

Cozy, nicely decorated house. Neighborhood was quiet, people friendly. Landlord was nice and had little gifts upon arrival which was a nice touch. Easy to get a hold of for any issues. Beds are full size, but that was fine for me and they were comfortable. We had to bring/buy a few kitchen essentials but we discussed that with her. Futons aren't the most comfy to lounge on but multiple pillows provided to help a bit. Would have stayed longer if we had extended.
