Best landlord!

The studio is gorgeous and well designed. The landlord is super easy to work with, very responsive and highly knowledgeable. Overall, she's very experienced. She's able to troubleshoot any issues virtually and is always ready with suggestions on local foods/sights/events. Highly recommend!

A Gem of a place, Tranquil, Restful.

Property was right on the beach as advertised - Had a nice ocean view. There was an indirect access to the beach as they had temporarily the stairs closed off to the pool, but was just a walk around the complex. The unit was beautiful. It had everything we needed to get meals done, a nice clean bathroom, enough of cubby and closet space for a weeks stay. There was alot of parking in the beach side, if the other side lot got full. The owner was very nice young lady, who was very responsive towards all our questions and was very courteous even if we called early in the morning There is a cvs across the road, a burger king was there and alot Dining options by car. A supermarket 5mins by car and a great row of water front Parks, we walked to instead of driving. A lot fishing options, if thats your thing. We did see a BBQ in the Beach facing park 2 building north but didnt stay long enough on this trip to to use it. Would stay there again

Amazing Owner and Amazing Property!

I had a great stay at this location! Very accommodating and the view of the ocean was incredible! Great location with good food around and a Publix less than 5 minutes away. Easy parking, no problems with noise or neighbors or anything like that. Clean apartment and the owner is very easy to work with. Will 100% be coming back next time I need to be in the area. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay - awesome and helpful host

The studio was perfectly located on the beach. We had access to the beach, the pool everyday. The building and apartment was clean, and very well located. Lots of food options were close by, alot happening in this area - inspite of it not being at the Daytona Beach Park area. There is really good vibe with the neighbors and everyone in the building were fellow short term travelers and felt the same about the building. No issues parking, there was always plenty of spaces in front or at the back but arriving well within midnight always helped. we had a paring pass so made it convinient to hang and keep from being towed. The owner S was an amazing host, she was very helpful and such a pleasant person. She was able to always advise us for any questions we had or got back to us. I would come back next season for a longer time, as it was a shame we were only able to stay a short stay.

Good place with a great view!

Great studio apartment. Loved the kitchenette and the bathroom. both remodeled and like new. Very comfortable place to stay, steps away from the beach and a beach view, too! Nice, safe, quiet building. Plenty of parking and pool available, also. Definitely recommend staying there.
