Not Well Managed

Not a great landlord or unit. It took over 60 days of daily texting and eventually phone calls to receive my 1 month deposit back with a cleaning fee deduction of $250 that was never explicitly stated in the fees section of the booking or in the lease. I have seen the rent has been raised to even more since my lease ended. The place itself was not kept in great condition. The door frames were so rotted the strikeplate that kept the lock in place was falling out upon arrival. There are several cracks in the walls and parts of the floors are extremely warped. Although maintenance would come to fix issues, there was never a definite time they would come and I would be expected to stay in the unit to let them in. Overall, a decent area to live in for a couple of months, but would not recommend living in this unit with its condition and how the landlord manages it.
