Condo in Portland, Oregon
Landlord Tenure: 2 years, 8 months
Fairly large roomy up-market condo in a quiet medical and retirement community area. Great area to stroll, run or bike in. Several restaurants downstairs for last minute meal pick-ups as well as an Orange Theory, Pure Barre gyms, Coffee shop, Gift shop and two hair salons. Building is quiet and the people in the building are lovely. As are the concierge team on the front desk!
This unit is all-equipped and ready for you to ...
The living room does have a Queen size Tempurpedi sofa bed, and there is also a single bed in the living room window. Probably for up to 3 guests, rather than for an apartment share....
Daily errands are very easy in this neighborhood. You do not need a car for these: Pharmacy, Gym (30 steps), Restaurant (30 steps), Starbucks (.25mi), Grocery (40 steps), Cleaners (42 steps) or ATM (1 block)! Movies and Gas are .3mi away.
Its a really nice clean community.
Great for OHSU access
I stayed here as a student for an away rotation at OHSU. Jackie was extremely responsive and accommodating to my requests and was overall a great host. It was a five minute walk to the OHSU aerial tram, which is a pretty unbeatable commute. The property itself felt very secure, clean, and quiet. There were a number of outdoor spaces within the building, and an adjacent bike/walking path along the Willamette that made the stay all the more lovely. You will need to take a car or public transport to reach a real grocery store, but overall I thought that the apartment was perfect for my needs as a visiting student
A Lovely Stay!
I really enjoyed my time in Portland at this property. It was clean and the building always felt safe and secure with wonderful concierges and security at the front desk. The landlord is wonderful and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better location, was able to walk to the tram to get to OHSU every day (took about 10 minutes total to get to the top of the hill), and was within easy distance to downtown, the east side, and Lake Oswego. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay again if I found myself back in the area!
