Great in-between apartment while moving

My partner and I stayed here for a month while we were searching for a longer lease in the area and were very happy with our experience. The unit was extremely clean when we arrived and had all the essentials we would need for an easy stay. The location is quiet and safe, with easy access to bus lines and street parking. Warren was easy to communicate with and very quick to fix a minor plumbing issue we had. Would recommend!

great location/comfy space

Stayed here during my travel assignment to SCH for nearly 6 months. It was cozy and quiet and had everything I needed. The walk was super convenient to work as well as uvillage which had all the amenities one could need. Street parking was easy and there was always a spot to park other than the brief period school gets out which can be easily avoided. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Landlords were super easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again if another contract opportunity arises.

Comfortable, accommodating, easy access to SCH

I had a fantastic stay here! This basement unit has all the basic necessities for a comfortable, longer-term stay. Easy and safe <10 minute walk to Seattle Children's and a 4-5 minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to the rest of the city. Warren and Sandra were very welcoming and easy to reach and communicate with. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting SCH!

Exceptional, cozy, and convieneint place to stay

This is a fantastic rental located right near Seattle Children's hospital (~8min walk). It's in a safe neighborhood and street parking was never an issue. The unit was impressively clean when I arrived, and had plenty of bedding, towels, storage, and cooking supplies available. The owners, who take great care of the place, were accommodating and very freindly. My time there was comfortable and I had no issues. The only downside is that the kitchen is small and not having a full-sized oven makes it difficult to cook certain things. I would easily stay there again and highly recommond this rental, especially if being proximal to SCH is important.
