Modern Basement

Newly renovated luxurious basement apartment was perfect for my one month stay! Parking was easy, apartment was very accessible and landlords were so friendly and very attentive. Close to everything you would need. Would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!

This basement apartment was very comfortable and decorated very cute! They really thought of everything! Maria and Dario were very friendly and extremely helpful with route and grocery store suggestions. They always responded to any questions quickly and were very open to helping with any issues. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you will be working at Piedmont Hospital!

Had a great summer stay at Maria's property. It is centrally located and close to food and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to stay just outside of the noisy city. The downstairs apartment had everything you need and most importantly the hosts were kind and always available.

This is a great place for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta area. Maria and her husband do a great job at making you feel welcome and will attend to any problems you might have almost immediately. The shower/bathroom is amazing! I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Lovely stay

I enjoyed my 3 month stay, while here for work. The aparment was well kept and clean on arrival. They were very accommodating and provided extra blankets on request. They were always easy to get in contact with and quiet neighbors. Very nice people, would highly recommend!

Wonderful Property!

Highly recommend! Maria and her husband are extremely kind and very hospitable. They did a great job communicating and a full explanation and walk through when we moved in. The apartment itself is beautiful and does not feel like a basement apartment. The neighborhood is very safe! Amazing location and there are always people out walking their dogs, pushing strollers, going on runs or leisurely walks. I leave for work around 5:30a and never felt unsafe walking out to my car. They have very bright sensor flood lights that light each step up to the street. The bed is very comfortable and having a tv in the living room and bedroom is a luxury! When they tell you if we need anything to just ask- they mean it. Maria provided us with anything we needed with no hesitation. This was a wonderful place to stay and we are thankful we found it and would suggest for anyone to move in here :)

This is a perfect place to stay for any traveling professional. I am traveling alone and always felt safe in this beautiful neighborhood. The hosts are very sweet and very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need. Everything is very clean and new. It is close enough to the city to enjoy all of what Atlanta has to offer yet, far enough away from the craziness that comes with a big city. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term stay!
