Serene & Cozy Studio near So-Fi

Best place to live ever !

I moved here on April 14, 2020, during the peak of COVID. It was a birthday gift to myself-I moved to Southern California for my MBA, didn't know anyone, and was starting over. I grew up in a house and never wanted roommates, so having my own private, safe, cozy space mattered. This place gave me everything: private entrance, full bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, laundry, AC, Wi-Fi, utilities included, and a BBQ area. It truly felt like home. I also became like family with the owners. They are some of the most supportive, encouraging, and kind people I've ever rented from. I only moved because I accepted a property management job. I was one of the first residents, and this place helped me build my life and career. It has since been renovated with a bed, desk, TV, and nice closet. Whether you're a student, single person, couple, small family, or starting over, this is an amazing opportunity. Make this your home and starting ground. I'll always be grateful this was mine.

I moved out to LA with no idea of where I wanted to live and staying with Tiffani and Kris gave me the flexibility to explore the city as a short term option. I stayed the full 5 months and it was difficult for me to leave because the space is so great! Tiffani and Kris made me feel so welcome and we're gracious landlords. The property has a huge backyard which was such a plus for me as a outdoor/indoor cat mom. The studio itself isn't very big, but it provides EVERYTHING you need for a short term stay. I really loved the Murphy bed as well because it gave me more space inside when I wasn't sleeping. The location is centrally located to all the things you want to do in the city and it's gated and very safe, another plus if you have a pet! Can't say enough great things about this property and the landlords! Thanks for a great stay Tiffani and Kris :))))
