This house is located in a great place, out in nature surrounded by redwoods. The yard upkeep is great with gorgeous flowers and a nice patio to sit out on. There's plenty of privacy and having the gate makes it comforting for security purposes. Convenient location even though it's remote. Only a 5 min drive to St. Joseph's hospital. The house has everything you'd need. Kitchen is fully stocked with good quality items. The bed is super comfortable and bedroom is quite large with plenty of storage space. Water pressure in the shower is amazing and endless hot water is great. GB is a great landlord, he's super responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. The cats on the property are also adorable and friendly.

Wonderful clean bright unit. Kitchen has everything you would need along with nice little patio area and BBQ. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner on site in main house for any issues you may have and is very responsive. I would highly recommend this property! I do plan to come back .
