Comfy place to stay.

It was pleasure renting from Chris. I am did have concerns and did not always voice them but when I did he was quick to send someone over to fix whatever was wrong. As a single person with 2 dogs I felt safe walking my dogs in the area and even at odds hours and in the dark late at night and early mornings. The commute to work was quick and easy - Unity Point Methodist. Town and most of the places were in close distance and do not miss the Farmers Market - Best I have ever seen. Also close to the airport. I would stay there again if I ever took another contract in town.

A home away from home

It was a real pleasure to rent from Chris. There were a few concerns when I spent my first week there, but Chris solved each one within a matter of hours. Communicating with Chris was expedient and professional. I highly recommend as a traveling nurse to lease one of his properties. This duplex was perfect for my dog and my cat and myself The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry and bathroom areas I loved the vacuum cleaners The bed was very comfortable and it was a very quiet neighborhood The drive to unity point Methodist was less than 15 minutes and very little traffic There are a number of dog friendly parks within just a few miles The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. I was almost sad to leave this wonderful little home If I could give a 10 star rating, it would still not be enough. It was absolutely perfect.

Very pet-friendly and safe stay!

I absolutely loved my stay in this duplex! I'm a single traveler, and I always felt safe coming and going from this property, even during odd call-in hours in the middle of the night. It is also pet friendly with no breed restrictions. I have two pitties, and they had plenty of space to roam around as well as a very comfortable sofa to guard! There's an exceptional amount of storage space, and the two bedrooms are large enough to house two couples or a family of 4 quite comfortably. This is the second property I've rented through Chris. He's an incredible landlord! He's always quick to respond to messages and extremely attentive to the needs of his renters. For example, he became aware of an internet service issue for this property, and he had it resolved with one day. If I travel to Des Moines again, Chris will be the first person I call. I highly recommend this property! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
