Exceptional Host

Ive stayed at Rs place several times both short-term and long-term while traveling for work and every experience has been amazing. Rhonda is a wonderful host: kind, responsive, and always makes sure the space is spotless, comfortable, and truly feels like home. Its rare to find someone so genuine and easy to work with. Ill definitely keep coming back whenever Im in the area.

Set pretty high standards!

This property and the landlord were absolutely perfect for what I needed during my time away from home. It was peaceful, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in a great area. Rhonda was a true blessing to deal as well. She truly went out of her way to make sure i was comfortable and didn't need anything while I was staying there. I am a contract nurse and I fear she has set the standards pretty high for my temporary homes going forward. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term rental and will be staying here again if I am ever back in the area.

I highly recommended this place. It closes to major hospitals . grocery stores like Walmart and HEB. The house is very clean and quite. The landlord is absolutely very helpful and supportive. She always checked to make sure I am doing ok at her house by communicating with me. This house has private entrance and amenities and I don't have share with anyone. I loved this place. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great value

I stayed here for 6 months while working a short term position and it was perfect for my situation. Its modern and spacious, good distance to many shops and food. R communicates consistently and is very hospitable. It really felt like home. Thank you!

Great Hostess/ property manager

The property is well kept and the hostess was extremely nice. It's in a great location for good restaurants and entertainment venues for all ages. The dwelling area gives you(the guest) your own entrance access. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay, Great Landlord

This place was a great stay. Very clean and updated in a safe, convenient part of town. I enjoyed having my own washer/dryer and independent control over the HVAC system. Plenty of storage space and great internet service. R is a great person to rent from. She is very kind, flexible and understanding. She really helped me out in a career transition period of my life.
