Amazing rental

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing rental! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my short-term stay. Its also such an affordable rental, which made the experience even better. The accommodating host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay and would love to come back again!

good area

Pros: great location in proximity to the 2 hospitals in Springfield, good/safe area m, landlord quickly responsive, pretty clean, having designated parking spot )no street parking). Cons: no bath towels which did suck after a long day of moving in, all I wanted was a hot shower and found there were no towels, so I had to go back out to get some. No vacuum, huge bummer for a pet friendly place, for me, a broom just doesn't cut it. I think the beds could be more comfortable but they weren't the worst ever. It's on 2 busy crossroads so there is some noise from traffic that I think would be hard for night shift people to sleep through. The curtains in bedrooms are dark but didn't seem to be blackout which would be rough for night shifters as well but day shift people probably wouldn't find these as issues for them. Overall, I had a good stay, I liked being close to the hospital.

Perfect stay!!

I enjoyed this property so much. This was my first furnished finder rental.. Very private and peaceful. Great location, very cozy apartment and very vey clean. Its location is very close to restaurants and stores. There's a park in walking distance also. I wish I could stay longer. The landlord is very pleasant.. I'll miss this place

Great stay

This was a great place to stay for a couple weeks in Springfield. The place looks like the pictures, was very clean, I had no issues. Enough parking for 2 cars. The property owner is very easy to work with and was quick to respond to messages. Overall had a great stay!

Great place to stay

The place is beautiful and a nice place to stay. There's a washer and dryer downstairs and two beautiful bedrooms to stay in. There is traffic noise from outside but it isn't bad. Overall it is a very nice place to stay
