Lovely Stay

My wife and I stayed in April's peaceful space for a year while we thought about living long term in the San Diego area. This property was such a nice respite from the day to day. It's tucked away, fairly private, and allowed for quiet mornings among the avocado trees. The space was more than enough for the two of us, the second bedroom served as an office for us. The kitchen was surprisingly spacious and I appreciated the countertop space for the amount of cooking we do at home. April is very responsive to questions and issues in the house. We have, and will continue to recommend this stay to friends and family.

Review of Barndominium

My boyfriend and I lived at the barn for 1.5 years and we had ZERO issues. The location is perfect, it is close enough to the freeway but still far enough away that it is very private, quiet, and has an incredible view. It is very safe with a gated driveway and we always felt right at home here. While the driveway is shared with the owners they were amazing at giving us our privacy, kept us informed of all people who might be coming and going, and were very quick to help out if we needed anything or if there was something that needed fixing in the barn. The barn itself had plenty of space for the two of us and we had an extra bedroom to use for additional storage or if we ever had friends or family visiting. There was never an issue with water, heat, air, electricity and if there was something that needed attention it was immediately taken care of. We loved getting to live at this location, we feel beyond lucky we got to call the barn home, and we HIGHLY recommend.
