The Best Rental Experience!

I stayed at Kathys for over a year and truly could not have asked for a better experience. From day one, I felt respected, supported, and completely at home. Kathy is an incredibly kind and attentive landlord who always communicated openly and thoughtfully, making the entire year feel effortless and stress-free. The location is unbeatable the best in Newport with everything within walking distance, and the house itself is an absolute dream. I am deeply thankful for this time and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special place in an exceptional location.

Great location, wonderful home and host

I don't really want to write this glowing review, but I must. (I want to keep this a secret!) As a digital nomad with some roots in OC, this is a perfect location for stays. I've now been here on three stays and will be back. Kathy is the best host - providing plenty of independence, but also very gracious and kind connection. We've had other roommates and all have been very considerate, respectful and engaging. Kind of a modern golden girls with all ages. My room is spacious and well styled. Being with a cat and dog are icing on the cake! The location can't be beat if you're a walker and enjoy being by the water and all that NB has to offer.
