This apartment was absolutely the best place I've ever stayed in, you have the water and nice restaurants less than 5 minutes away. It's very quiet in that area, lots of places to walk and exercise next to the water. The landlord is very nice and quickly address anything that may come. You have the laundry room downstairs in the basement, the apartment is very spacious with a huge kitchen! No need to worry about parking space, she has that covered. If you are looking for a nice and comfortable place, please reach out to her, you will not regret it.
