DO NOT RENT!

This is not the home SB is actually renting out. Upon our arrival it was a completely different house. Instead of a three bedroom, two bath; it is a two bedroom, one bath. It also lacks many of the essentials listed here as being furnished with. SB is also operating her business without a business license. There are a total of 6 properties she has listed on furnished finders and I would highly recommend not renting from her. Her communication is terrible and she failed to return our deposit within three weeks or give us a reason as to why it would need to be withheld. We have had to take it up with the Small Claims Court to get our money back.
