Apartment Complex Review

I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown Chicago area! The landlord is excellentvery communicative, keeps you updated, and responds quickly. The apartment is perfect for one person, with plenty of storage, a full kitchen, full bath, and a fold-out couch for guests. The building is safe, secure, and well-managed, with great amenities: gym, laundry, mailing system, dog park nearby, 4th floor patio, 24-hour doorman, and friendly staff. The views of Lake Michigan and the city are stunning, especially at sunrise. The location is unbeatablesafe, walkable, and close to everything.

Great spacious studio in sowntown Chi

This is a great location and a very spacious studio. The apartment is in a well managed and safe building, with a gym, laundry and a well organized mail receiving system. This apartment has a full sized kitchen, tons of storage closets, a full size bath, great natural light and a great view of Lake Michigan. The landlord was also very easy to communicate with and met me upon move in to show me around the building. He also made himself available for any questions regarding the apartment or Chicago during my stay. The location is great, 2 blocks from Michigan Ave, 2 blocks from the river and 2 blocks from Lake Michigan. Would highly recommend this studio to anyone spending time in downtown Chicago.
