Do yourself a favor, don’t rent this house

The house and property itself is nice enough, but you will have stalking landlords and neighbors. They monitor their ring camera and watch your comings and goings. They violated my Washington State Tenants Rights by sending someone unannounced to the house with made up reasons why their “representative” needed to coincidentally go through the entire home and back yard. They should not be renting their property as they are paranoid landlords. They have the neighbors across the street reporting your every move back to them. If you like being under surveilance 24/7, this could be the place for you.,

Wonderful home in a serene neighborhood!

We stayed at this property from January through April 2025 and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Kelly was an absolute pleasure to rent from friendly, responsive, and flexible. The home was beautifully maintained and stocked with high-quality items that made our stay especially comfortable. We were also so grateful that she welcomed our well-behaved Border Collie. When we needed to extend our stay by an extra month, Kelly made it seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!
