Walking distance to the Metro and Forest Park!
My fiancé and I worked at BJC during our time in St. Louis and this FF couldn't have been more perfect. We walked out of our front door at 6:40a each morning and could walk to the metro, ride to the hospital and be inside by 6:50a. We even used the metro to ride to the gym and occasional errands. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, definitely always walked with my partner if we were going out or taking the metro at night. The FF is also just across the street to Forest Park which we loved! The park is always full of people running, walking and biking no matter the season. I can't recommend this FF more, the landlord is also extremely responsive and was available for anything we needed throughout our stay.

F is a great host and never delayed responding to any questions or concerns. The apartment was clean and ready for move in. You do hear your neighbors upstairs occasionally when they walk but no complaints. Overall safe neighborhood during the day. Be vigilant when outside at night. There is constant security right by the train station.

OMG! Contract at BJH? Be prepared to have the most convenient location ever! I did not drive one bit & parking at BJH is a pain. With this apt, 2 gated parking spots & the MetroLink station is LITERALLY around the block! 3 min walk to station, 4 if I picked up my Starbucks. Felt very safe as a night nurse, street cams, security & police patrolling station at all times. The train ride to the hospital is 5 minutes to Central West End stop that is RIGHT BY the hospital. I always got to work in <10 minutes (CLOCKED-IN on 10th floor), the Transit app makes it easy. And the apt itself: Beautiful, cozy, amazing, well put-together! I had everything I needed to cook, having a W/D, all the linens, & safe entrance into building! Very safe;, I enjoyed people watching from French door balcony on the patio. Great water pressure and plenty of storage space. F is a kind person who does simple check-ins to make sure you're okay. I would move-in here! You WANT to book this property!
