Awesome rental, Awesome Landlords

I honestly can’t say enough good things about renting from Ryan and Bella. The apartment was exactly what I needed — quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location right across the parking lot from Creston Park. Ryan and Bella were hands-down some of the best landlords I’ve had. They were incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond if anything came up. The location is also ridiculously convenient. Safeway (5min walk) Trader Joe's (5 min drive), gym (15 min walk) — all close by. And Gladstone Street is right around the corner for whatever phase of life you’re currently in: late-night dive bar decisions, morning-after bagels, sushi dates, fresh haircut, coffee runs, or pretending you’re “just going for a walk” when you actually need tacos at Tecos immediately. Overall, this place made life easy, quiet, and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re thinking about renting it, just do it.

Great spot, great landlords!

I lived here for about nine months and I absolutely loved living in the space. Ryan and Bella are so sweet and very accommodating when you need help. I loved being on the edge of a park, and I never once felt unsafe. Youre a bit on the edge of East Portland, but still in a good location. There are some cute coffee shops within walking distance and a safe neighborhood to walk around by yourself. I felt like the space was just big enough for me and my dog but might be a little tight for two (or having guests). I will say that you can hear upstairs a little, but it was rarely a problem even as a night shifter. I know they were working on getting something for AC as I was leaving as it does get warm but again theyre quick to solve things for you! I definitely recommend staying here!

Best Stay!!!

We were blown away by the kindness of Bella and Ryan. They were attentive, helpful, and so caring! We planned to stay here for 3 months and extended our stay to 11 months because we enjoyed our time here so much! They were always a text message or phone call away if we needed anything. They had all of the essentials we needed and more! Also, they gave us so many Portland recommendations, which was helpful being new to the city! The property is right in the park, which was so nice for peaceful outdoor outlet being so close. The backyard was especially nice for private, outdoor time. The walk-in closet gave us a lot of space! Close walking distance to dive bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is a pool for the hot summer months that we enjoyed cooling off in. We loved our time here!!!
