Although the mother in law apartment is attached to our house it is very private with its own entrances. We are situated on a 2 1/2 acre wooded lot. There are many trees including heritage oaks. The property is quiet, serene, cozy, and safe. We are backed up to an old grass air strip that is no longer in service. We see a plethora of wildlife around here. There are deer, turkey, bunnies and plenty of variety of birds.

Our spacious one bedroom apartment can sleep 2. There is also a queen sized pull out sleeper couch should you have overnight guests. It is just 3 miles from grocery and restaurants. 1 1/2 miles to a lovely community park that offers a one mile paved walking/running trail, pickleball, tennis, disc golf... 3 Month Comfortable stay
I stayed here for 3 months and was comfortable the entire stay. It is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, and has a large comfortable bed. The owners are good, honest people. The area is 100% safe and the house is located on a beautiful property.

Numerous underlying issues resulting in uncomfortable stay. Overlying issues include bad water, zero privacy and bed mattress on floor.

Peaceful Retreat
If you are looking for an apartment in a quiet, peaceful area then this is the place. The host and hostess are friendly, gracious and accommodating. Located 3 minutes off I-75, my commute to Archer road was 10 minutes. This property location is strategic to everywhere. The apartment is clean, warm and restful. Large screen TV with full cable. The WIFI signal is strong. The bed is comfortable with a large walk-in closet. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for complete meal preparations. My overall stay experience was an excellent one.
