Very quiet and safe space with the perfect hosts!

This was the absolute perfect space! The room, located in a detached garage, was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and was incredibly quiet. As a single female, safety was one of my top concerns, especially not knowing the area. The space offered a great sense of privacy, and it became the perfect place for me to study. It also offered many walking paths and trails w/amazing views! As a student, I am under a lot of stress and trying to secure housing was only adding onto it, but Robin made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. She and her husband were both kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I feel very fortunate to have found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It was the perfect space, with the most perfect hosts! I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Livermore.

Best place to stay in Livermore

If you are looking for a place to stay in Livermore, look no further. This unit is really your best option! The unit is in a separate building from the main house, so you get way more privacy than you would get when renting a room. The unit itself is really clean and comfortable, well equipped with its own bathroom and necessary appliances like microwave, small electric stove, and full-sized fridge. All the utilities that were promised in the listing are provided too (towel, comforter, etc.). If you plan to drive, there is also a dedicated parking spot right in front of the unit. On top of that, Robin was the most wonderful host I have ever had! She provided everything you could need for a short-term stay, down to disposable plates and cutleries. She was always really considerate and thoughtful, definitely went above and beyond what you would expect a host to do. Thanks for a really great stay, Robin! I will definitely be staying here again if I ever come back to Livermore.

Perfect private room in very quiet room close to everything in Livermore

Private room with private bathroom in structure independent from the main house. The room is very spaciuous, with a queen bed with a great mattress. The attached bathroom is very comfortable with a large shower. The house is located in a wonderful, very quiet, neighborhood in Livermore, nestled among wineries and parks that are great for walking and biking. It is less than 6 miles from Lawrence Livemore National Lab and about 2 miles from downtown Livermore. The owners are exceptional people that will go out of their way to help you; I speak from experience.
