Tropical Sanctuary 2 minutes from Kona Community Hospital

Fresh and vibrant studio apartment

T's place was more than inviting; it was like a home away from home...and so close to Kona Community Hospital. She welcomed us in with open arms and saw to it that we were comfortable. Her charming apartment had all the modern conveniences of a luxury condo and very well appointed, but for much less money. She is very attentive to the needs of her guests and generous with her personal items. The apartment has not one, but two outside areas that are comprised of a variety of lush, tropical plants and sitting areas...great for reading and "gecko watching" !! It was like being in our own personal oasis, but with a privacy fence. Inside, you will not be disappointed by the well furnished kitchen, the updated bathroom, the eclectic living area or the comfy bedroom. During the 3 months we were there, T's place worked out very well for our meal prep, movie watching, resting and relaxing.

Ohana Away From Home

Calling this place a 5 star stay is an understatement! T has put her heart and soul into her rental and it absolutely shows. She paid attention to every single detail and it turned this short term stay into a home. The quality of this place is really unmatched. T is incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and understanding. She was very helpful with any needs that arose during my stay and went as far as to clear space in her garage for me to store some bigger gear I have! She showed so much gratitude to me as a nurse and really went above and beyond to give traveling healthcare workers a place to call their own during their contract. She is a wonderful landlord and by the end of my stay I considered her more of a friend than a landlord. I cant wait for my next contract in Hawaii, T will be the first person I call! Aloha!

OMGooosh! Where do I begin Location, owner, decor, outdoor space & vibe! I felt entirely at home at Ts hale. T puts her heart & soul into every detail. She goes above & beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable. She wasnt only my landlord, she became my close friend. My Honi. After living in 4 different places around Kona, I found my sweet home! The design, textiles, colors and style are incredible. Theres lovely energy here all around. The bed, linens, bathtub, kitchen supplies, outdoor furniture, tropical views and international decor! A GEM! I was so delighted to have the opportunity to stay and cant thank T enough for everything! Im eternally grateful and pray to return someday!
