Happy Long term tenant here !
We moved in June 2025 and it's been a great 8 months here! We've had to use maintenance quite a bit but every response and repair has been timely and we've appreciated that. Alessandro has been very accommodating and has even allowed us to extend our stay. Communication has always been clear and prompt so that's great ! Would recommend the place and would stay longer if it wasn't for my growing family needing space haha ! Great backyard space , neighbors have been friendly for the most part and loveeeee the distance from the beach ! Would recommend !
