Above and Beyond

First off the space is beautiful it is very nice inside. The neighborhood is quiet and well located. It's right by the 2 train, the M11, 8, and 30 buses. And within walking distance of some nice places such as Pelham Park. Now the Owner is very hospitable and willing to work with people to make sure they feel as comfortable as possible. He keeps the main areas of the house clean and really only asks for the person staying to clean up after themself. He is a nice person communication is easy with him. I have had an overall great experience here. I was able to renew my contract staying for an extended period with confidence knowing the place I was staying in was well worth what I was paying! I stayed for 9 months during my rotation. You won't regret staying here it was an all around lovely experience I highly recommend this properly. I will stay here again if the chance ever arises! Thank you for making this experience good for me!
