Cute and Cozy
Loved staying here, it really was a cute and cozy cottage with friendly neighborhood! Jen was a great host and whenever we needed anything it would be delivered within a day's notice! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for me and my roommate! I am a traveling physical therapist, and my roommate is a work from home paralegal. We both found this place to be so cute and cozy, the neighborhood super safe and conveniently located, and a great central location in the Charlotte area. There is lots of space for you and for guests who want to spend the night. Neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was great for walking and running. I would definitely come back to Jens place if I were back in the Charlotte area!

A Cozy Gem!
I came to Charlotte to work on a film for three months and was traveling with my wife and three cats. We were so lucky to find this place, and thankfully they had no issue with us bringing our pets. This house is on a charming and quiet street and has a huge back yard with a shed for storage. I loved the back patio and would sit out there often to read. The yard was well maintained throughout our whole stay. Inside the home is so cozy and cute. Jen really thought of everything with the amenities. We didn't need to purchase any kitchen utensils or cookware, it was all there. There are so many windows that let in the light which we loved but the bedrooms also had blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep. What we loved the most was the sunken den. There was a big tv, a couch and a daybed which made it perfect for relaxing or reading. Jen was quick to respond to any questions we had and also left us helpful tips on places to go. She was the perfect host. We will certainly book again.

Great location, comfortable & responsive Host
Very comfortable home with well appointed kitchen. Neighborhood was quaint with lovely families. Large yard with comfortable outdoor seating & space. Host was extremely responsive but rarely needed to contact as everything we needed was there. Nice covered carport which was great when it rained. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again if needed
