Hidden Gem in Burbank

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this modern, fully furnished studio in Burbank, and it exceeded all my expectations. The space is beautifully designed with sleek, contemporary finishes. The in-unit washer/dryer were incredibly convenient, and having all utilities included made it all so simple. The Smart TV with high-speed internet access to all streaming apps was a fantastic touch. Its in a great location, close to everything I possibly needed. The landlord was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this studio to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Burbank area.

Amazing Stay

Sev was very helpful throughout my entire stay. Parking was never an issue. Multiple spots available on street without worry of needing to move due to cleaning days. Quiet neighborhood. Quick to respond if ever needed, which was rare. Would rebook with him if ever in California again. Very pleasant person, would recommend to anyone :)

New + conveniently located ADU

This new construction ADU provides a functional and straightforward space that is sufficiently equipped for short or long stays alike. The location is also very central and convenient to most things. The host was accommodating, flexible and respected my privacy and space. There are no shared walls which is also nice. While there isn't really a yard, there is a very generous kumquat tree in the neighbors yard that drops fruit on the side of the ADU. I loved that tree! I was constantly receiving packages while at this rental and the host would put them near my door which I appreciated. It's a small space so probably best for one person and/ or a person and a pet.

Great Spot

Great spot, 15 minutes to UCLA-Oliveview and you going against traffic in the AM and which was a welcomed change. The space is small but very functional for a single person, with a nice bathroom and kitchen. It's across the street from target which was a great perk. The owner was very nice and left me to do my own thing during my entire stay. Plenty of on street parking and I never had any issues with my vehicle. Overall a fantastic spot for a traveling professional.
