Best stay ever!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Erikas Condo from May to August for my summer internship. She had everything taken care of for me and went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable and a great experience. I CANNOT recommend her condo more. Amazing location and walkable from Downtown.

Home sweet home

I had the privilege of staying in this unit for my contract in Seattle! This condo truly felt like home away from home. It was a much needed breath of fresh air after a previous bad experience with a different company. The building is in a more residential neighborhood but still close to three hospitals. Its decorated like a real home and not sterile. The space feels much bigger than it actually is. The included parking space is a rare find in the city. The landlord is very approachable and responds in a reasonable time frame. She took quick action with the very few issues we ran in to. I also really appreciated all the amenities, she always has extra supplies on hand. Things you wouldnt think to bring like extra batteries and a tool box. If I ever come back to Seattle I know where Im staying!

Great Location

Loved the location. Super close to Virginia Mason, Swedish First Hill, and Cherry Hill. Also, a couple blocks away from Pike Place and next door to the Starbucks reserve and all the trendy places on Capitol Hill. Super secure parking and entry to the building. Erika definitely stocked the place with everything you could need. No complaints!
