From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spacious open floor plan and the abundance of natural light that filled the space. The home is tastefully furnished with brand new pieces. Being just two blocks away from the newly renovated Dignowity Park was a bonus, offering amenities for adults, kids, and dogs alike. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the master featuring a king bed and the second bedroom offering a queen and a full bed, accommodating guests with ease. Erika is a fantastic host, dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. She is attentive to the home's care and maintenance and communicated efficiently and professionally throughout my stay. The location is ideal, situated on a quiet street yet close to Overall, I highly recommend Erika's property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in San Antonio. ps. Although this location is beautifully renovated, the very best part about this property is the ownership. Erika is devoted to making your stay as pleasant as can be. She is dedicated to the home's care and maintenance. She communicates efficiently, effectively, and professionally. The place is very secure, well lit, and well stocked in updated appliances and amenities. I would highly recommend any location owned by Erika.

Best Location!

My partner and I loved our stay! The owner was very kind and easy to communicate from the beginning! She focused on the small details like leaving us a welcome note and gifts, that was greatly appreciated! We absolutely love the stainless steel counter tops in the kitchen and concrete flooring! The house was beautifully furnished with brand new furniture, and the owner accommodated us by furnishing the place with two desks since we both work remotely! The back yard was enough space for our fur baby, and the Dignowity dog park is just a 9 min walk away! The location is great if you're looking for a trendy neighborhood, that feels safe, and close to the Pearl, The Quarry, and Southtown. Lots of restaurants and cute coffee shops near by to explore.
