Great Landlord!

Megan is an amazing landlord and one of the best I've experienced in my 3 years of travel nursing. She is very attentive, helpful, and responsive. The apartment is clean and in a great walkable location to many bars and restaurants in the Munjoy Hill area. It is also a close 10min drive to Maine Medical Center. We stayed for 3 months and had a great experience

Amazing Rental

Meg is the absolute best! We have been traveling for three years and this has been the best renting experience by far! Meg is so kind and helpful. The apartment is very cute and in an excellent location. You can easily walk to breweries, restaurants, and walking trails. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has great storage. Really cant recommend the apartment enough!

Hidden gem

A great place to stay! Megan is a phenomenal landlord, very attentive and easy to work with. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed walking to all Portland has to offer. The space is comfortable and has everything you need, along with a private back patio with firepit and games. We stayed 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in Megan's unit.

Nice Apartment / Great Location!

Nice, clean and quiet apartment in great location for walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores on/near Munjoy Hill. Close to several breweries and other fun spots that I did not have to worry about driving to. Lots of natural lighting. Owner awesome to work with. She was very helpful and responsive...quick to answer inquiries and needs while living in the Apartment, a wonderful person! Cute, full kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Nice smart tv could stream all shows and movies. Pretty backyard with grill and fire pit to relax by. Perfect apartment to meet needs while temporarily working in Portland / transitioning to the area. Good rental price point compared to other locations. Highly recommend staying.
