Great Intro to Seattle
My partner and I lived on the Lady O for 3 months in winter of 2025 when we moved here. While this wasn't a long-term housing solution for us it was a fun experience and we're glad we got to live on a house boat in Seattle! Sealord Jim was very responsive to some maintenance needs and the boat itself was the most peaceful home! Definitely do it!

Great relaxing house boat
This boat is fantastic, great marina with better neighbors! Loved my time here and Jim is a great boat owner and incredibly responsive and a great guy

Great summer living on the houseboat!
Top deck of the boat was great for hosting & the A/C unit was an added plus. Jim was always responsive whenever there was an issue.

great spot!
This was a great location, walkable to everything in South Lake Union, Westlake & Fremont, and right on the water. Jim the host is super responsive and helpful.
