Safe clean and nice, do recommend
I'm a student from Texas who moved to LA for the first time. This place is a little hidden but its nice, clean and safe. Sam took good care of the house, making sure all the roommates are doing their part of the house maintenance. Even with four other roommates ( in the back house), I barely see anyone at all. 100% recommend.

Property Review
I recently stayed in here and had a decent experience. Being a young female, safety is my top concern! Sam took good care of us by organizing a good parking schedule so we could park on the driveway when we arrived late. He is great at communicating. The property is also well-maintained, and the roommates are nice and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and public transportation.

Very Accomodating!!!
Close to the highway, PRIVATE BATH, clean refrigerator only shared with one other person, (comfortable) bed, couch, nightstand provided. I am a travel nurse and was home some of the time during my stay, Sam was so kind to move my car on street sweeping days! Freestanding heater provided of house temp was too cool, but was actually perfect and I never needed it. Landlord very accommodating, easy to get in touch with.
