It's just a great home to live in. The neighborhood is amazing and very quiet. Great for working from home and/or hosting a family for a period of time. Only 5 minutes to I-25, the outlet malls, and lots of restaurants. So many trails nearby, awesome if you love to walk/hike/bike.
Space
Can fit a family of up to about 8. The backyard is HUGE (great for pets), it has two different kitchens, and the neighborhood is really quiet & peaceful.
Fireplace and patio furniture in the backyard is a lot of fun when the weather is good. Lots of trails and parks if you love hiking/being outdoors. Lots of food options nearby as well.

Property was amazing. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was great. Owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience! Castle rock is a great town as well with plenty to do and not too far from Denver

Beautiful home close to hospital
The house is beautiful! Very large, with plenty of room. Bathrooms on main and upper level. Large garage was perfect during the winter. Only 5 minutes from the hospital (my favorite part). It was pet friendly with a good sized back yard which my pup enjoyed! Landlord/ property manager was easy to communicate with and all needs met. House cleaner once a month was wonderful. I loved the location and think this was the nicest place I've stayed at yet. Highly recommend!
