Great place with accessible owner

I lived here for six of the last nine months while my daughter was completing HS in Tennessee. This place worked out great - it's clean, comfortable, and the owner is always accessible via text or e-mail. Only issues we ever had was the need to change a light bulb and when the garbage disposal blew a fuse, the repairman was there the next day to fix it. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and you can be in downtown Nashville in less than 30 minutes (outside of rush hour). Would definitely look to stay here again should the need arise.

Quite townhouse

Great location. Close the major roads, gas station and grocery store. Noemi and James were great to work with. Great communication with quick responses!

Absolutely perfect!

Wow! Perfection. We loved staying in this lovely home. Spacious, new, sparkling clean and quiet. Has a beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, convenient location to everything, and sweet neighbors. Noemi is responsive, helpful, kind and caring and terrific to work with. We highly recommend this home.

quick access to everything safe and quiet

Very comfortable and easy to feel at home. LG tv is new and connects easy to streaming services. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very friendly. It is conveniently located with quick access to Hendersonville, Gallatin and even Nashville with BNA being only over a little over 35 mins. N is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or issues. It will be my first pick if available the next time I am staying in the area.
