Perfect

Charlie and Rebecca are exceptional hosts. The place is perfect for 1-2 people in a quiet tranquil area which is great for rejuvenation. Can’t say enough good things about the host or the space. Highly recommend.

Summer Stay - May to July 2025

I stayed at Charlie & Rebecca's studio apartment during my summer internship with the Sonoma Stompers baseball team. It was super cozy and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. The apartment had everything I needed during my two-month stay. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful, while just a short drive to Sonoma Plaza. They did a great job communicating and updating on anything relevant in the neighborhood and were very accommodating. They were great hosts, and I really enjoyed my stay.

My experience living here has been nothing but positive. A very quaint and quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops, coupled with a private entrance gives the studio a brilliant living experience, long or short term. The outdoor space is well kept and peaceful, indoor is modern and furnished with everything you need. Rebecca and Charlie, are incredibly kind and approachable, and respond timely with any issue or concerns I had. Overall, I cant recommend this space enough and am sad to be moving.

Cute and peaceful

The best beautiful home garden studio in very peaceful part of Sonoma! The room is just the perfect size for seasonal/temporary renting and the neighborhood is super safe and quiet. The owners are some of the most welcoming people I've met in the area and were so accommodating/helpful throughout the entire stay. They offered cleaning services, local recommendations, are super respectful of privacy and went out of their way to create a lovely comfortable home. There's more than enough room for parking and the location is still close to many restaurants & stores. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else for my time working harvest in sonoma.

Safe but lots of noise.

Not quiet. Landlord's office above sleeping area and you can easily hear conversations. You will hear garage opening, plumbing fixtures, and staircase noise (located behind studio). Window coverings did not allow for privacy. When the lights are on you can see straight in the studio. Furnishings, linens, and kitchenware all sparse and similar to a dorm room. Landlords were pleasant. Neighborhood felt safe and lots of people walk their dogs. Neighbors were nice.
