You will have private use of a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, office desk and printer. You will also have access to the gourmet kitchen and an additional full-size refrigerator. I have a nicely landscaped large yard with outdoor pergola and pool. I am quiet but do have 2 small dogs. I have a gate to keep them out of the renter's area of the house. I live walking distance to Walmart, grocery stores, coffee shop...
The room has a new ROKU TV. I subscribe to HBO, Paramount +, and Prime.
You can have a private entrance; it's just more complicated. I have a locked gate and it is hard to see the combination at night.
Beautiful and active neighborhood with high-end properties. Walking distance to several grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Ms. DD is the most wonderful host. Her property is very clean, very comfortable and she had everything I could have needed. She helped me with any questions I had and made sure I had every thing I needed. I rented one room and have access to the whole house. I would recommend this property a million times over. So thankful to have met her and stayed here. Lubbock is a very special place.

I am a very busy woman. I work for a community college as an Instructor of Kinesiology and Director of our Fitness Complex, I teach swimming lessons, part-time in the summer, and I am starting a new business. I am clean and quiet, but enjoy staying active. I am constantly busy around the house if I am not at work.
