You will have private use of a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, office desk and printer. You will also have access to the gourmet kitchen and an additional full-size refrigerator. I have a nicely landscaped large yard with outdoor pergola and pool. I am quiet but do have 2 small dogs. I have a gate to keep them out of the renter's area of the house. I live walking distance to Walmart, grocery stores, coffee shop...

You can have a private entrance; it's just more complicated. I have a locked gate and it is hard to see the combination at night.

Dee Dee was a great landlord and has an has amazing clean and luxurious property. My room overlooked her beautiful pool and my quarters were very private. All the amenities listed on the property listing were available. During my stay it felt as if I was on a vacation but in West Texas! If I ever need a place to stay in Lubbock I'll be sure to call Dee Dee and I highly recommend her place to everyone looking for a safe neighborhood.

Absolutely love this arrangement
Ms. DD is the most wonderful host. Her property is very clean, very comfortable and she had everything I could have needed. She helped me with any questions I had and made sure I had every thing I needed. I rented one room and have access to the whole house. I would recommend this property a million times over. So thankful to have met her and stayed here. Lubbock is a very special place.
