Perfect Stay with GREAT host
The room is clean, cozy and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to the beach. And on top everything, Amy is a great host. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Amazing stay
I stayed here for 3 months and it was perfect! Great, private space and in a safe neighborhood only 10 min away from the beach. The property is clean and has everything you need. Amy and her husband were great hosts and it truly felt like your own space because they were often away.

Loved Staying Here!
This studio was my home away from home for 3 months and I cannot tell you how much I loved staying here. The host was incredible and kind and the studio was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The property is fantastic and clean, and in a safe and quaint neighborhood. Lots of great dining options nearby and of course the Oceanside beaches. I took walks to Buddy Todd park from the studio and enjoyed a nice view of the ocean. All in all, can't find a single downside to staying here. I truly loved it.
