Huge NYC Space
This place was very large by NYC standards. Short walk to the subway stop and to the waterfront. Owners/managers were responsive and easy to work with. Would rent here again.

Hidden gem!
Stayed here for a summer internship and it was great! Eric and Joyce were very receptive and responsive. The place is very close to the F train, Dumbo, and the inside of the unit is extremely spacious. The F train was very convenient in getting us where we needed. We loved the in-unit laundry and the little porch backyard. The unit was also stocked with towels, sheets, dishes, pans, blender, toaster, etc., pretty much everything we could possibly think of. During our stay there were some issues with the AC so it got pretty hot, but Eric was responsive about fixing it. The street can be a bit noisy, and the TV in the bedroom sometimes didnt work, but none of this really negatively impacted our stay. Also, the big room is a significant amount bigger than the small room, but we made it work. I would definitely recommend this place!
