Great location!
I stayed for 2 months for a few rotations in the area. This ended up being a perfect location that put me 10 minutes away from hospitals/clinics in West Des Moines and Downtown. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with 2 grocery stores within a 15 minute walk/5 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if I needed to in the future!

Cozy, clean and great location!
I stayed here this summer while working at the Mercy downtown campus. It is such a convenient location for commuting, and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly and I felt very safe walking around there. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and had most everything I needed. The landlord is very attentive and always responded quickly whenever I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great apartment
This is a cozy apartment, its clean with a well stocked kitchen. It also has a pantry which is not common in a lot of apartments. Scott is a great landlord, he responds quickly to text and request. This apartment is within easy walking distance to several supermarkets and restaurants. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Great stay
Stayed for several months, work nights. Slept well , comfortable bed. Clean house, well stocked, nice owners. I would definitely stay with them again. Warning you might feel like a Disney princess with all the baby deer and bunnies on the property. Lol.

Got Everything we Needed
I stayed here with my husband while I worked at a nearby hospital It was a 10-minute commute with little traffic. The apartment was complete. S and S were kind and attentive. They answered our texts almost immediately whether it was about the apartment or restaurant selection. The apartment was immaculate, and neat and had a great floor plan. We both felt very secure and comfortable. We enjoyed the neighbor walks, and the gym and supermarkets were within 1 mile. We got more than what we expected. This stay was great!
