Enjoyed our stay!!!

First, super military friendly!!! This property was everything that my family and I needed until our home was available for move in. Neighborhood is quiet and close to some attractions. The amenities were more than expected. The fence yard was just big enough for our toddler to play around and our two dogs to hang out on patio. The landlord was just awesome by staying in communication with us and being flexible. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect, Peaceful Stay

This home provided a wonderful, safe, peaceful atmosphere and it was difficult to leave! Tim was so kind and fabulously responsive to any question or concern I had as I settled in. He made sure everything was in tip-top shape. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed beautiful walks daily with my two dogs. I had everything I needed in the kitchen, ample pantry and closet space, and the coziest touches that made it feel like home. Thank you Tim for such a wonderful place in a big transitional time. I'm forever grateful and can't recommend this home enough to those needing a clean, cozy midterm stay in Louisville.
