Friendly neighbors

This is a quiet and beautiful spacious home. My family and I stayed a year. They have a big fenced in backyard for the pets or kiddos to run around. The neighbors are super friendly and the owners go above and beyond to meet your needs. The house is move in ready with all your starter up to get you going. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Me and my family stayed here for (3) months and we have nothing but great things to say! The owner (Kyle) is a great guy to deal with and is very accommodating as well as willing to work with you! The house is very homie and well maintainedour (2) girls loved the basement area and back yard (that is fenced in) . The property manager (Julie) was also a blessing to deal with as she is willing to help out with any issues that may arise or any questions about the area and where to go! I cannot suggest staying here enoughif its available dont hesitate to book it you will not be disappointed by any meansnot to mention the location is conveniently close to any restaurant,grocery store, and shopping!

3 Month Stay (August-November)

We had a fantastic stay! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, addressing all our questions promptly. The site manager was also wonderfulshe made sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The central location was perfect, with quick access to all the necessities. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here while we were house hunting after relocating to Billings for work. We had a great stay here! Although it was just the two of us, there is plenty of room for a family to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The onsite manager was so kind and just a couple houses down if we needed anything! The central location of the house made it easy to get almost anywhere in town quickly and it was nice having off street parking. The house had everything we needed!

Loved our experience!

We loved this home! My husband traveled for work and we ended up staying in Billings for a year. This home, was hands down our favorite home that we lived in. The home was cozy, and had everything and more that we needed. Our two boys loved their spacious room in the basement! And absolutely loved the backyard! The location was awesome too. Close to downtown, lots of gyms, and close to shopping! K and C were awesome landlords and so easy to contact if we ever had questions! And we loved that they had their in laws just a couple houses down who loved spoiling our boys! Really can't say enough good things about our experience. We wish we could've stayed longer, but we got a contract offer in a different state. We're confident that anyone who stays here, will enjoy their rental experience!
