Great Lake View and a Peaceful Place to Stay

I really enjoyed my time staying here during my contract in Duluth. The home is comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood that feels safe and peaceful. Waking up to the lake view was one of my favorite parts it added a calm, relaxing feel to the space that I appreciated after long days at work. The location was also a big plus. Its just down the street from Canal Park and the hospital, which made getting to work and enjoying the area really convenient, while still being within a reasonable distance to the shopping mall up the hill. Ryan was warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like a good place to come home to, and Id gladly recommend it to other travelers looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to stay.

Beautiful harbor / lift bridge views

Would stay here again! Pros- Cozy wood burning stove in the living room, comfy beds. Its one block off Skyline road so insanely beautiful view of the harbor/ lift bridge (especially at night)! Huge backyard that I set up a hammock in between a couple trees. Cons- flight of stairs to get into the home, and then once youre inside the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Laundry is down a flight of stairs to the basement. So as long as youre okay with stairs, this home is everything you need to enjoy your stay in Duluth!

Stunning Views of the Lake

This beautiful home is located in a prime location! It sets on a hill overlooking the beautiful Lake Superior and is close to multiple hospitals, restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and more! You can sit on the front porch and swing while watching the big ships come into / leave Duluth or you can even take a bath in the amazing claw foot tub and get the same view of the ships. I travel with my dog and she had a good backyard to run around in and play ball to run some energy out. The views are absolutely stunning and worth the stay!

Landlord is very unprofessional. Used, dirty linens upstairs upon our arrival. House doesnt have AC or any kind of window units so during our summer stay it was 90+ degrees in the house some days. He provided one window fan & said he could send more if we wanted but never did, so we had to go out and buy multiple ourselves. When asking on how to cool the house down after nothing worked, his only suggestion was to end the lease early. Also said if we booked with him hed purchase a gas grill. Then when we got here he said if we found one on marketplace we could go pick it up and hed reimburse us (we had no way of hauling a used grill). Four days before moving out he came into the home to change air filters. Hours later texting saying how much work needed to be done before move out and the cleaners are only there for wiping down surfaces and restocking soap & paper products, although its a $225 cleaning fee. The view from the house is lovely, but not worth it.
