Convienient and clean condo

Josh's condo was excellent to stay at. There are several walkable restaurants and hospitals. The condo itself is loaded with everything you may need. Josh was very responsive and checks in often to make sure all your expectations are met. Street parking in the area is easier than I thought and I never had any issues finding one, though we also had one garage spot too. The building/neighbors are quiet. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

Great Property

The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because I can't give it more! This is a fantastic property. Very close to Uptown medical centers, really nice neighborhood to walk in (there's a nice little park a half block away and tons of historic homes nearby) and we always felt very safe in this neighborhood day and night. "Fully furnished" doesn't quite cover it - there are many things here that we would never have expected the landlord to furnish. Spare batteries for the remotes? Check! First Aid kit? Check! Even a pad of sticky notes in the cupboard. High quality linens and towels were the icing on the cake. The landlord Josh is everything you could hope for in a landlord - not just responsive, but he even reached out to us after a few days to see if we needed anything. If we ever need a place in Denver again I can only hope this condo is available. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

My boyfriend, dogs, and I stayed in this apartment for 5 months. We only have great things to say about Josh and his property! First, we had more than enough room, even with two dogs. We loved how luxurious this apartment felt with such a reasonable price. The robot vacuum, kitchen with super convenient appliances, filtered water, incredible bedrooms and bathrooms, nice TV with Bose speaker... it felt like a vacation! Anything we needed, Josh made sure it happened. Communication was quick, and he was patient as we figured out dates with nursing contracts. The area itself is around the hospitals, which only meant I had to walk 10 minutes. We were 20 minute walk to City Park and RiNo. Very central location in a quiet part of the city. You'd be lucky to stay here!!

Excellent Stay

The apartment was in excellent condition and fully equipped for all of our needs! We really enjoyed the kitchen amenities, which included an excellent coffee machine, a multifunction insta pot, and multifunction air fryer. Josh, the owner, was extremely kind and hospitable, he ensured we were comfortable. The building was located in a great area, close to downtown and city park. We were able to walk to bars and music venues too! The shared patio was also great, and includes a nice grill and fire pit. If we ever take another assignment in Denver, I'd absolutely stay here again!
