Lovely stay in U City!
Stayed here for 2 months while working in Center City. Karen is very communicative and reasonable. Zero issues during my stay. Perfect sized studio with comfortable furniture, cute decor, and so much sunlight! A quiet apartment with great access to public transit. Several bus lines stop right on the corner, and 34th St station is a 12 min walk. Would definitely stay again if my travels take me back to Philly!

Convenient and hassle free
Kind and reasonable on-site landlord. The property is fairly quiet since unit is located in the back of the 2nd floor. Very private. Has central air, which is uncommon in this area. Would stay again.
